1. Delivery StructureDelivery services may be provided by:
- Independent Vendors.
- Third-party delivery contractors, or
- Delivery partners affiliated with MamiMarkets.
- MamiMarkets does not guarantee delivery times, service levels, or availability.
2. Delivery Coverage
- Delivery availability is determined by Customer postal code, Vendor coverage zones, product eligibility, and courier availability.
- MamiMarkets reserves the right to modify coverage regions without prior notice.
3. Estimated Delivery TimesDelivery estimates displayed at checkout are approximations and shall not constitute binding guarantees. Variances may occur due to:
- Weather conditions.
- Traffic delays.
- Operational constraints.
- Vendor preparation time.
- Force majeure events.
4. Delivery FeesDelivery charges, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout. Fees may vary based on:
- Distance.
- Order size.
- Weight.
- Vendor pricing policies.
5. Customer ResponsibilitiesThe Customer must provide accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name.
- Correct address.
- Access codes, if applicable.
- A valid contact number.
- The Customer must be available to accept delivery within the specified time frame.
- Additional delivery charges.
- Order cancellation without refund, as permitted by Vendor policy.
6. Failed Delivery AttemptsDelivery may be deemed failed when:
- The Customer is unavailable.
- Delivery information is incorrect.
- The premises are inaccessible.
- The Customer refuses delivery without lawful cause.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
- The Customer must provide photographic or video evidence.
- MamiMarkets shall not be liable for spoilage of perishable goods resulting from delayed retrieval by the Customer.
8. Title and Risk
- Title and risk of loss transfer from the Vendor to the Customer at delivery to the Customer’s designated location.
- MamiMarkets shall not bear any liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
